We are a team of experienced clinical psychologists who are here for you.

We are highly trained in a number of evidence-based therapies, so we can bring the latest science to your healing. Our experience means we are leaders in the various therapies we offer (e.g. CFT, DBT, CBT); teaching and nurturing other therapists to grow as they in turn support their own clients.

We are connected by an unwavering belief in people’s ability to change. We know that when we can create a context of compassion, both inside of ourselves and in our relationships with others, this facilitates growth and flourishing. We know this because we have witnessed the extraordinary changes that people have made when they are well supported.

We also know it is all too easy for us humans to get stuck, within ourselves and within our relationships. When this happens, it’s not always possible to find ways to cope on our own – despite our best efforts. So, if this is where you’re at, please be reassured that you no longer have to do this alone; we would be honoured to support you to find your way to change in the way you hope.

I help adults who are feeling overwhelmed and self-critical to make sense of their experiences and find workable, sustainable ways to cope, so that they can feel good about themselves and thrive in their lives once more.

I founded Compassionate Change because I wanted to see more compassionate approaches to healing.

Dr Janet Feigenbaum

I’m a clinical psychologist with over 30 years experience providing CBT and DBT.

I help adults, across the lifespan, to identify their valued goals, to understand the emotional and thinking patterns which create challenges to achieving these goals, and to develop new strategies for solving these obstacles. The hope is to help you make sustainable changes which lead to greater confidence and contentedness.

I’m a clinical psychologist with over 10 years experience providing therapy to adults, teenagers and couples.

I offer therapy that is led by your needs and grounded in the latest science, to create lasting and meaningful change in your life.
